About The Event

Mindful Mondays is a weekly Group session that takes place every week at 10-11am. Starting on Monday Feb 1st when I will give a FREE taster session.

Are you feeling a bit flat and fed up? Perhaps even isolated and lonely, you are not alone. I would like to teach you how to relax and unwind in an informal way. This will be in a group and is open to anybody who would like to attend. It is a chance to connect with others and to learn a bit more about mindfulness.

Due to the current restrictions, this will be done on zoom, but it is my hope that in the future we will be able to meet in person at a local venue. The classes will include the following;

· Meditations

· Discussion

· A selection of stories and poems which we can talk about.

· Gentle movement, which can be done on a chair or a mat, this will involve gentle stretching, but it is not strenuous.

Cost - £8 per session or £56 for 8 sessions. If you book a block of 8 you can choose which sessions you attend. It is recommended that you attend 8 sessions to get the benefit of mindfulness.
